Before joining our MHS Alumni network, you will need to do the following steps:
- Complete a MHS Alumni Permission to Publish and Disclose Information Form: Alumni Permission to Publish and Disclose Information Form
- Email your Alumni Permission to Publish and Disclose Information Form to: MHS-Alumni@det.nsw.edu.au
- Once your form has been submitted and received successfully, the school will email you a confirmation of receipt.

School history
In 1962 there were three schools in the Blacktown-Seven hills district: Blacktown Girls High School, Blacktown Boys High School, and Seven Hills High School. These school became more crowded and a new school was needed.
On 3 June 1962, Mr Mannix, Minister of Education, approved the establishment of a new high school, Mitchell High School.
Mitchell High School was opened in 1964.
