What is PBL?

PBL is a whole-school approach to creating a positive, safe and supportive school climate in which all students can learn and develop.

The Positive Behaviour for Learning (PBL) approach helps our school create a positive learning environments by implementing evidence-based approaches and developing proactive whole-school systems to define, teach and support appropriate student behaviours.

In our school executive, teachers, students and families work together to teach and support behaviour expectations at school. PBL is implemented to improve the learning and wellbeing of all students in all school settings.

Every part of a school, including the classrooms, corridors, canteen, school gates and buses, are considered integral to the total learning environment.
